WHEREAS, the City Council desires to maintain the overall quality of life experienced by its constituents; and WHEREAS, the City Council desires to set certain fees so that they cover the cost of the services provided through the payment of those fees; NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Mayor and the Council of the City of Rexburg, effective January 17, 2019 that the fees in attached list shall
