We are fully at your service so we can make this thing right. Please let me know if I can play any possitive role to help this progress appropriately. Again, my sincerest apologies for any potential perceived impropriety as it was for sure not intentional. Thank you again for your response and understanding. Hoping I can help be part of the solution. I know that we paid the application fee as it was reimbursement to Mr. Rowe, and I assumed the City required issues were taken care of, that at least was the impression I had and what I was told. Please let us know how we can assist in this process, as mentioned I was under the impression that Mr. Rowe had completed the necessary steps with the City. (*granted I was not involved in the complete detail of this transaction.) Please accept my sincerest apologies as there was never any intention from me to usurp any obligation or City or it's requirements when this was transacted. As it was explained to me it was a simple lot line adjustment, seems I was not fully informed per your letter. In the bid picture, I was feeling that we were doing the City/property/neighbors/etc. a huge favor by finally finding an end user for a part of this property and getting rid of the horrendous problem(s) that we have had with the previous squatters! This new entity that is wanting to productively participate on this portion of the property will clean it up and be a positive and influential business that will add so much to that block. We are excited for them and getting someone to see the vision there, as you know, has been VERY difficult! Let us know how to assist to help this new entity proceed and be successful, that has to be what we all collectively want and clean up that corner!
