The double deadbolt has to remain until entryway is completed. Siding needs to be installed on 3 sides of the building and provisions made so people can have a free access to entrances without danger to occupants. Maintain temporary parking in back of building until front assigned parking is available. Parking lot needs to be paved by May 30th 2019. Carports need to be built after pavement is placed. Grading of the dirt and landscaping need to be completer in early Spring. Water meter needs to be set at grade. Sewer clean out needs to be moved so its not under the cantilever before landscaping is completed.
