Currently it is difficult for traffic at certain times of the day to access 2nd east. The City is working with ITD to improve traffic access. * Is there capacity for water and sewer facilities to service parcel when needed? The City has limited capacity to serve this area. We will continue to monitor the situation as development occurs. New four-plexes are being constructed to the northwest. * Has the impact to community services of the area been identified? Impact fees will be collected with construction.
