The plans that were submitted were very vague, make sure that this is wired to the 2005 NEC, also need to see how this building is planning to be fed -power riser diagram. How will the building be used? Meets code requirements. Building is Type VB. The use of the building is required. If the building is used for storage it would be an S-1 or S-2. If someone will be working in the building, it would be another occupancy. Meets code requirements. Concrete special inspections are required for foundation. Will the building be heated? While Hydrants from a municipal Bourse may not be feasable at this time, occupant may be asked to provide hydrants should water become available.
