Rezone Block 4 of Parker Addition and Lot 2 and 3 of Princeton Court Subdivision to
High Density Residential (HDR2)
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND CHANGING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF REXBURG, IDAHO, AND
PROVIDING THAT THE ZONED DESIGNATION OF THAT
CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED,
SITUATED IN REXBURG, MADISON COUNTY, IDAHO, BE
CHANGED AS HEREINAFTER DESIGNATED; AND
PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the City of Rexburg, Idaho:
SECTION I: That the zoning map of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, which is filed
with the city clerk thereof, be, and the same is hereby amended and changed to provide
that the hereinafter described property situated in the City of Rexburg, Madison County,
State of Idaho, regarding ( 18# 00493) to rezone the property at approximately Block 4 in
the Parker Addition and Lot 2 and Lot 3 of Princeton Court Subdivision from Medium
Density Residential t (MDRI) and Low Density Residential (LDR2) to High Density
Residential 2 (HDR2) zone in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho.
The said property is located at Block 4 in the Parker Addition or Cornell Avenue and Lot
2 and Lot 3 of the Princeton Court Subdivision in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and
more particularly described as follows:
Legal Description:
All of Block 4 of the Parker Addition to the City of Rexburg;
Lot 2 and Lot 3 of the Princeton Court Subdivision;
And the following described property being a portion of the Parker Addition to the City of
Rexburg and Block 50 of the Rexburg Town site further described as follows;
Commencing at the Southeast comer of Lot 1 Block 1 of the Parker Addition and running
thence North 463.29 feet more or less to the comer of parcel known as
RPRRXB10501691, thence West 164.90 feet more or less to the Princeton Court
Subdivision boundary, thence South 188.94 feet more or less to the Southeast comer of
Lot 2 of the Princeton Court Subdivision, thence West 164.91 feet more or less to the
Southwest comer of previously said Lot 2, thence South 111.25 feet more or less to the
boundary of the Parker Addition, thence East 32.99 feet more or less to the comer of
parcel known as RPROOOP014640, thence South 165.39 feet more or less to the Southwest
comer of previously stated parcel, thence East 296.93 feet more or less to the point of
beginning.
SECTION II: That a new zoning map showing these amendments shall be
certified to and declared to be the official zoning trap of the City of Rexburg by passage of
this Ordinance by the City Council of the City of Rexburg.
SECTION III: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage, approval
and publication.
