There is also a 500 ft travel limitation to the restrooms. * There are only 10 toilets/urinals available general public men's use while the other fixtures are in the "team rooms" Estimated about 4400 occupant load (2200 male/2200 female) for spectator seating without bleacher details. *Revisions Response : Special Inspections are required as per IBC Chapter 17 COMPLETED Use classification is identified as per IBC Section 302 Only A-3 occupancy is listed for the Grandstand. The IBC identifies grandstands as A-5. The team rooms and other spaces under the bleachers could be A-3 making the structure a mixed occupancy. Using the more restrictive A-3 occupancy as shown on plans the Grandstand is approved as a non-separated, mixed use occupancy.
