The sheeting was all good on the walls. the garage doorway walls needed to be
nailed for the portal framing pattern. I also inspected the two shear wall blocking
on the inside of the house, as per the plans. They look correct.I will check on the
garage door walls later this week.

The main level of the house is all sheet rocked and good to tape. The basement
is not ready yet and the garage also is not ready for the sheet rock screw
inspection. So call back in for a sheet rock inspection for the basement and
garage when they are ready. Thanks

The access in the garage behind the fire place is is not allowed unless it has a 26
Gage metal access door or panel covering the opening and sealed. The concrete
driveway and sidewalks all need to be completed before occupancy is permitted.
Adjust the self closing hinges on the garage door. Make all corrections and call
