Those things that need to be fixed are marked with orange paint.
The rest of the units should be fixed in like manner.
Those plastic pipes that do not have the annular space needed for fire caulk
should
have sheetrock place on top or bottom of the plate leaving an annular large
enough
to have the right amount of fire caulk.
Small pipes = 3/8"
Large pipes up to 3" should have 5/8' to 3/4"

2nd Level of west section of south building (2104-2107):
* "squash blocks" needed in floor under point loads next to doors and windows.
* Multiple or Large holes too close to bearing points (per manufacturer tables)
* Interior bearing walls (fire-rated) have some open penetrations in top and
bottom plates missing "fireblocking" (fire caulking is not required through plates
inside rated walls intersecting a rated ceiling)
* Open penetrations in non-bearing wall top & bottom plates require fire caulking
* Add vertical fireblock at gap in double walls every 10 ft (insulation?)
* Notched joist flange in unit 2204 & 2207
* Bathtub drains are not completed
* "Fireblock" penetrations in floor above separation walls
* Multiple tears in flexible exhaust vents
* Fire caulk penetrations at intersecting rated and non-rated walls.
* Insulate exterior walls by tubs to required R-value, including behind grab bar
reinforcement and corners.
* Shims at bearing on south window header in unit 2207.

Floors were not all ready to insulate - missing squash blocks at windows and
doors are being installed.
