Those plastic pipes that do not have the annular space needed for fire caulk should have sheetrock place on top or bottom of the plate leaving an annular large enough to have the right amount of fire caulk. Remainder of 3rd & 4th level insulation behind tubs completed for cover - correction still in progress to east exterior wall for proper R-20 min. Floors were not all ready to insulate - missing squash blocks at windows and doors are being installed.
