HomeMy WebLinkAbout18-00580 Public Hearing NoticeNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on November 8, 2018 at 6:35 pm a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, at City Hall located at 35 North 1" East, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding a Conditional Use Permit (#18 00580) to allow a Utility Water Tank in a Low Density Residential 2 Zone (LDR2), per the Rexburg Development Code as a Conditional Use. The said parcel is located at 2214 West 1000 South in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: Legal Description: A parcel of land being a portion of the Southeast One -Quarter of the Southeast One -Quarter of Section 26, Township 6 North, Range 39 East of the Boise Meridian, City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the SW corner of said SF.'/4 SE'/4 of Section 26; Thence N 89°52'29" F, along the South line of said Section 26 a distance of 100.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence N 0021'34" W along the East line of that parcel of land previously described at instrument no. 398274 in the office of the Madison County Recorder a distance of 245.00 feet to the NE corner of said parcel being marked by a 5/8"rebar with plastic cap bearing the PLS no. 7381; Thence N 89052'29" E a distance of 311.00 feet to a 5/8"rebar with said plastic cap; Thence S 00°21'34" E a distance of 245.00 feet to a point on said South line of Section 26; Thence S 89052129" W along said South line of Section 26 a distance of 311.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; Containing 1.75 acres, more or less, and being subject to a right-of-way easement of unspecified width for 1000 South, a public road, along said South line of Section 26. Basis of Bearings: Bearings are based upon the Idaho State Plane Coordinate System, East Zone, NAD83, as observed between a 5/8"rebar accepted for the SW corner of the SE '/4 of Section 26 and a brass cap monument set for the SE corner of Section 26, T6N, R39E. (N 89°52'29" E) At such hearing the Planning & Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed permit. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on November 7, 2018. This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and all amendments thereof.
