Contains 50.23 acres more or less. is hereby vacated and discontinued for the exclusive use of the joint owners of the real estate being the City of Rexburg and Madison County, Idaho as provided by Statute 50-1306A of the State of Idaho as part of the Greens at Teton Lakes Golf Course. Any and all existing casements for public utilities located in the portion of the vacated right-of-way of said property shall remain as public easements and are not vacated. SECTION II: This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval and due publication as provided by law.
