This will ensure residential safety, hillside preservation, and potential variance requests during the construction of homes. iq) Current plat needs to show the same lNequirement as part of the final plat application. �10) Hillsides should be overlain with a conservation easement that prohibits construction (other than utilities and limited trail construction), disturbance of natural vegetation (other than utility installation and limited trail construction), and hillside destabilization. — 11) A trail system with public access running north and south should be included in proposal and future phases. 12) Pedestrian access to this trail should be proposed at the end of cul-de-sacs, where topography allows.
