FOR VALUE RECEIVED, RONALD M. HOKANSON and KARLEE H. HOKANSON,
Grantors, do hereby convey, release, remise and forever quitclaim unto AT HOME, LLC, whose
current address is 105 N 1 st W, Rexburg, ID 83440, all right, title and interest in the following real
property situated in Madison County, Idaho:
Beginning at a point that is N.00°15'02"W. along the Lot line 249.76 feet from the
Southeast Comer of Lot 1, Block 7, Map of Rexburg Townsite, Madison County,
Idaho; running thence N.00°15'02"W. along said Lot line 47.15 feet to the North
line of said Lot 1; thence S.89°45'00"W. along said North line 231.00 feet; thence
S.00015'02"E. 95.26 feet to the centerline of the Rexburg Irrigation Company
Canal; thence Northeasterly along said centerline the following three (3) courses:
N.79°16' 19"E. 96.86 feet; thence N.76°00' 19"E. 73.79 feet; thence N.78°19'20"E.
65.37 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT TO: Existing road right of ways and easements of record.
Containing 0.38 acres
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said premises, with all of its appurtenances, unto the said
