The Recorder's Certificate does not need Plat Book and Page. * Is the owner dedication complete, and does the owner of record and/or mortgagee match the plat dedication? There is a problem with the 2 curves on the northwest corner of Lot 301. I can't get the chord bearings to work I'm not sure which curve is incorrect I've mapped it both directions and since there are two curves together I'm not sure which chord bearing is incorrect but I can't get closure on the lot. * Are the required signature blocks shown? Lot 301 does not close as per previous remark same problem still exists. * Are the required signature blocks shown? I didn't realize you don't need the County Approval Certificate it can be completely removed. * Is the owner dedication complete, and does the owner of record and/or mortgagee match the plat dedication? Owners certificate should have the owners name typed below the signature line.
