Zoning is Mixed Use 2 not MDR2
The current access on to main street from Snellgrove is a temporary access by the State.
These Items will need to be covered in the site plan review.
Storm water retention ponds cannot be in the right-of-way.
The sidewalks on site need to be connected to 4th west sidewalk.
The parking stalls will need to be 9x20 or the sidewalk will need to be 6 feet wide.

Adjacent parcel ownership missing
there are no call outs connecting the units to the boundary.
8/22/2017 There is no need for the Floor Plan Detail it's to small to read and just causes confusion. Needs
bearings and distances to map the lot correctly and they should be identified as lots.
The owner certificate should not be dedicating streets.
8/22/2017 this has been fixed.
POB is unclear on Plat along with some of the calls. Very hard to read.
The callouts of the bndry description don't match the drawing. What happened to the s00.15.02e 145'?
The Plat doesn't match what the Assessor is showing but not sure they have it correct. It does match ownership
on previously recorded Plat.
