BE IT ORDAINED BY the City of Rexburg, Idaho SECTION I: That the zoning map of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, which is filed with the city clerk thereof, be, and the same is hereby amended and changed to provide that the hereinafter described property situated in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, State of Idaho, regarding 17 00324) to rezone the Ringel property at approximately 20 S 12th W. from Rural Residential One (RR1) to Medium -Density Residential 2 (MDR2) for tract 2 and Low -Density Residential 2 (LDR2) for tract 3. The said property is located at approximately 20 S. 12* W. in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: Leal Description, Tract 2: Beginning at the Northeast Comer of Section 26, Township 6 North, Range 39 East, Boise Meridian, Madison County, Idaho, thence S 00°22'47" E 58.00 feet along the East section be of Section 26, thence S 89°28'38" W 250.00 feet along highway 33 right of way to the point of beginning, thence continuing West along the highway right of way 800.00 feet, thence S00022'59" E 705.93 feet, thence N 89°00'42" E 800.00 feet, thence North 692.13 feet mote or less to the point of beginning. SECTION II: That a new zoning trap showing these amendments shall be certified to and declared to be the official zoning map of the City of Rexburg by passage of this Ordinance by the City Council of the City of Rexburg.
