The applicant will come forward giving their Name/Address and explain the proposal and the commission will ask clarifying questions of the applicant. 2. (Optional) We may allow questions from the public to ask for clarification about the proposal. (Not feelings or opinions about the proposal) 3. Staff may then be asked about anything they feel will help clarify the proposal. 4. We will then open it up to public hearing, where the public may testify to the commission their views for this proposal.
