Buffering/landscaping requirements REVISIONSThis project requires a Conditional Use Permit
(CUP). Staff recommends that as part of CUP,
2" caliper deciduous street trees be provided at
30' increments and that a landscaping plan be
provided that identifies grass between the
street trees and gardens between sidewalks and
the buildings (to be approved by City Planner).
Parking must be buffered from all residential
uses.
