Doors meet the requirements of IBC Section 1010 REVISIONSDoor A301A on south stair is not labeled for 90 min rating (does not match other door types at stairs). *Revisions Response : Stairways meet the requirements of IBC Section 1011 & 1019 REVISIONSInside manager's unit: Tread depth at the narrow end of winder stairs shall not be less than 6" (not indicated the way stairs are drawn) *Revisions Response : Exterior walls meet the requirements of IBC Section 705 REVISIONSOpposing walls of building 1 & 2 to be fire rated on interior and exterior where less than 10 feet apart. Only one needs be rated on interior and exterior where walls are 10 - 20 feet apart. Other walls only require fire rating for bearing walls as per construction type V-A. Fount. meet IBC Sec. 1109 REVISIONSType A units need a forward approach work surface and sink in kitchen and at a type A bathroom. *Revisions Response : Emergency Escape openings provided per IBC 1030 (R2 & R3 only) REVISIONSWindow notes call for device to limit opening such that a 4" sphere may not pass through. Emergency egress windows are required in all sleeping rooms. Fire sprinklers have not been an exception to this requirement since the 2009 IBC. The clear opening width shall be 20" minimum (opening area of 5.7 sf minimum). *Revisions Response : Building complies with IECC (IBC 1301)No COMcheck found with application. Prescriptive requirements of the IECC shall be met. COMPLETED Elevators and Conveying Systems comply with Chapter 30 Elevator shall comply with chapter 30, including being able to accommodate a 24" x 84" ambulance stretcher. COMPLETED Exit Lighting and Exit Signs comply with IBC 1008 & 1013 Add exit sign at east end of 1st floor corridor on main level. COMPLETED Exterior wall openings meet the requirements of IBC Section 705.8 Where FSD is 3 to less than 5 feet, 15% unprotected opening allowance only applies to building 1 because of the required NFPA 13 system. Building 2 requires at least 5 feet FSD to allow up to 10% unprotected openings with a 13R sprinkler system. COMPLETED Penetrations comply with IBC Section 714 for rated assemblies Penetrations will be approved based on inspection for maintained fire rating. COMPLETED Concealed spaces are fireblocked/draftstopped per Section 718 Fireblocking will be approved based on inspection per section 718 and installation requirements. COMPLETED Accessible Entrances are provided as per IBC Section 1105 At least 60% of all public entrances shall be accessible (steps are not identified at elevation changes) COMPLETED I-1, R-1, R-2, & R-3 units have separation as per IBC Section 420 Wall type between unit B11 and weight room is not identified but shall be 1 hour rated as noted for bearing walls and will be have sound insulation as shown on building section.
