High Density Dormitory has been completed to the north on 2nd south and the northwest on 2nd East.

Any increases in stormwater runoff would need to be managed onsite.

* Is there capacity for water and sewer facilities to service parcel when needed?
Water and sewer service are available to the block. However, based on the 2008 Wastewater Collection
Study, the downstream sewer line in 2nd South may have limited capacity to receive additional flows. A
sewer study would be necessary to determine if sewer collection improvements would be required.
Water capacity appears to be adequate.
