(36" duplex, 42" on 3 or more units) YES Electrical wiring protected, covers installed, no cords for permanent wiring YES Kitchen - Fire extinguisher 2A10BC Min YES Kitchen - GFCI on countertop areas YES Bathroom - GFCI (any outlets in bathroom)Just make sure that it is GFCI protected with one of the other bathrooms. That is all it needs. YES Bathroom - Fan or window?YES Bedroom - Smoke detector installed and functional? This need to be added to bring you into compliance. Possibly a new one in the bedroom. NO Parking There is one space for the room to be rented.COMPLETED Inspector Comments The requirements are all met except for the smoke C.M. detector in the area just outside the bedroom, and check the GFCI protection for the bathroom outlets. Also hang the Fire extinguisher in the kitchen area. When you have the C.O. and smoke detector installed and fire extinguisher hung call and I will come back and re inspect those things. Thanks
