NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO AMEND THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP
FOR THE CITY OF REXBURG
Public Hearing: July 19, 2018 at 6:40 pm to be held before the Rexburg Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, to consider (#18 00350) amending the
Comprehensive Plan and Map from Neighborhood Commercial/Mixed Use and Low to Moderate
Density Residential to Moderate to High Density Residential on Cornell Ave. Amending chapter 6
to add policy goals to promote effective transitions between conflicting land uses.

Block 4 of Parker Addition
At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and
recommendations relative to such proposed permits. The City Clerk will also accept written
comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on July 18, 2018. This notice is given pursuant to the
provisions of Section 67-6508, 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and all amendments thereof.
