Tawnya — the guys said this AM they would refund the $850 paid for a rezone we are not going to process on
this property. The check came from Realty Quest, but if you can issue the refund check to KLO Ventures LC it
would be great, if not to Realty Quest is fine.

Afternoon All
Thank you for your time this morning to consider solutions to the parking need at 11 East Main by establishing
a temporary parking lot at 23 East 1" North. A site plan is attached, please let me know if there is additional
detail you need on the plan.
In creation of the development agreement for the temporary parking lot I would like to restate the details, as I
understand them, from our meeting:
1) Temporary parking is defined as 3 years from the CO/use of the improved lot;
2) At the end of 3 years, if a viable alternative has not been created through the Rexburg Urban
Renewal Agency as hoped in the conceptual project at SoCenter/Carlson/College/1 stSo, a 2 -year
extension will be granted to Kevin Oleson to find an alternative `viable location' for a parking lot. A
`viable alternative' would be a location within 1 block of 11 E Main.
Kevin asked me to express his appreciation for your efforts in causing this project to move forward.
