Angie,
Attached is the legal for review for Covey Cove. This is 67' ROW (from Section Line). This will make the
property just slightly less than 2 acres and I know the developer will not want to remove any buildings from the
site plan.
The City said they needed 1 00'of ROW total — not sure how this works whereas one side is giving up 67' of
ROW and the other side 33'? 1 would think there should be some type of reimbursement to the developers on
the North side.
