* Can storm drainage requirements be addressed?
All Storm Drainage will need to be handled on site.
* Is there capacity for water and sewer facilities to service parcel when needed?
A sewer line in 3rd west will need to be enlarged to handle the increased demand on the system. We are
currently working with Arbor cove on this expansion. There will need to be a development agreement with
this parcel owner for the cost of that enlarging of the sewer line.
