The requested annexation is for Open Space, Medium Density Residential 1, Low Density Residential 3
and Low Density Residential 1. The Comp Plan identifies the area as Low to Moderate Density Residential
and Open Space. Therefore the requests matches the Comp Plan Use.

This request identifies Low Density Residential 1 on the eastern border where there are similar homes on
large lots. The apartments are on the west side of property where it is bordered to the west and north by
commercial.
