(PEO), Ordinance No. 1021, in the High Density Residential One (HDR1) zone – JRW & Associates

daily rate basis, and a manager maintains a residential presence on site or on an adjacent lot.) - To be addressed at
this meeting
2. Development Code Ordinance No. 1115 Amendment –Proposed changes to the Development Code
concerning substantive and non-substantive changes – May be continued at this meeting
