1. The applicant does not identify the occupancy amount for the project. The applicant asks for 63% parking. That
percentage includes the visitor parking and the managers space. There are 173 students and one parking space is
required for the manager. The percentage of student parking is actually only 57%. Eleven spaces are required for
6% visitor parking.
2. There has been a considerable amount of construction in the area.
3. Impact fees are being collected.
