The legal description describes two parcel descriptions. They are not written as a single boundary description. 2. Adjacent landowners are not identified. 3. A vicinity map is missing. Planning 1. This application allows the future zoning request of High Density Residential to be pursued. 2. Public Works will review impact to community services. Impact fees will be collected. Public Works 1. The storm drainage will have to be handled on site. 2. Depending on the size of development, a traffic study would need to be completed to determine what impacts the development would have on the streets. 3. There is limited capacity for sewer in this area. Once a development is proposed the development would need to complete a sewer study to see if the existing infrastructure can handle the additional flows. 4.
