Plan NoticeNOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO AMEND THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP FOR THE CITY OF REXBURG Public Hearing: January 18". 2018 at 6:45 pm at City Hall, 35 North 1" East, Rexburg, Idaho, before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, to consider (#17 00772) to change the Comprehensive Plan Map from Neighborhood Commercial Mixed Use to Moderate—High Density Residential for 248 West 3' South in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho. Legal Description: Tract 3: Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 3, Block 7, of the Southend Addition to the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and running thence West 66 feet; thence North 115 feet; thence West 66 feet; thence North 83 feet; thence East 132 feet; thence South 198 feet to the point of beginning. Tract 4: Commencing at a point 132 feet West of the Southeast corner of Lot 3, Block 7, of the Southend Addition to the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, as per the recorded plat thereof, and running thence North 115 feet; thence East 66 feet; thence South 115 feet; thence West 66 feet to the point of beginning. At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed permits. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on the 17"' of January, 2018. This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6508, 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and all amendments thereof. DATED this 20`" day of December, 2017.
