and framing finished we will do those inspections for you.If you have any

you might have. Thanks Also as per my phone call about the out side doors. One
door for each apartment needs to be a 3' x 6'8" to meet the clear opening for the
egress door. Code

The back apartment looks good and all the screws are good.The front unit is not
quite finished in the bathroom and there are some screws missing in the kitchen
and one of the closet. You are good to tape the back unit. Finish the rock in the
bathroom and add the screw were needed and then call for a re inspection of the
front unit.

The duplex looks very good with the driveway and parking. The only thing that I
need you to do is to put 4 inch numbers on the mail box post or box so that the
Fire department or others can find the place as they are driving by. Just the 144
