feet; thence East 237,00 feet more or
less to where the same intersects the
west line of the Oregon Short Line Rail-
road right-of-way; thence following the
West line of the said railroad right-of-
way in a Southwesterly direction 192.00
feet more or less to where said line in-
tersects the South Boundary of Lot 2
Block 3, Southend Addition; thence
West 140.25 feet more or less to the
point of beginning.
At such hearing the Planning & Zoning
Commission will hear all persons and a l
objections and recommendations rela-
tive to such proposed permit. The City
Clerk will also accept written comments
at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on October
5th, 2016.
This notice is given pursuant to the provi-
sions of Section 67-6509 and 67-6511
Idaho Code, and all amendments there-
of.
