AFFIDAVIT OF PUBLICATION
STATE OF IDAHO
Madison and Fremont Counties
I, Jeremy Cooley, being first duly sworn, depose and say,
that I am the audience development director of the
STANDARD JOURNAL, a 2 times a week newspaper
published 2 times a week in Madison and Fremont
Counties, Idaho; and I do solemnly swear that the
Legal Notice, a copy of which notice appears attached
hereto, was published in the regular and entire issue of said
newspaper, and not in any supplement issue, once each
week thereof for 2 successive issues, the first publication
having been made on April 1, 2016 and the last publication
having been made on April 15,2016.
Further, that said newspaper is one of general circulation in
said county; that it is a legal newspaper, conforming to
legal specifications under the Idaho Statutes; that it has at
least two hundred bona fide subscribers living within the
county of publication; and that it has been continuously and
uninterruptedly published in said county during a period of
seventy-eight consecutive weeks prior to the first
publication of the said notice.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held
before the Planning & Zoning Commission of the City of
Rexburg, Idaho, Thursday, April 21, 2016 at 7:05 p.m., at City
Hall located at 35 North 1st East, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding a
Conditional Use Permit #16 00246 to allow a 100 foot Verizon
Monopole to be located at the back portion of the property. The
current zoning is Rural Residential One (RR1). The said parcel is
located in the Rexburg Impact Area at 110 South 12th West in
Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly de-
scribed as follows:
Legal Description:
Beginning at a point 728.50 feet South of the Northeast corner of
the Northeast Quarter of Section 26, Township 6 North, Range
39 East, Boise Meridian, Madison County, Idaho, and running
thence West 1612 feet; thence South 258.5 feet; thence East
1612 feet to the East boundary of said Section; thence North
along said Section 258.5 feet to the point of beginning.
LESS AND EXCEPTING: Beginning at a point 728.5 feet South
of the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 26,
Township 6 North, Range 39 East, Boise Meridian, Madison'
County, Idaho, and running thence West 200 feet: thence South
55 feet uN 55 fcetto the point of
beginning..
At such hearing the Planning & Zoning Commission will hear all
persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such
proposed permit. The City Clerk will also accept written com-
ments at City Hall prior to 4:00 P.M. on April 20th, 2016.
This notice isgiven pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-
6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and all amendments thereof.
