Legal Description: Lots 1, 2, & 3, of Block 5 of the Bell and Bigler Addition to the City of Rexburg lying in Section 19, Township 6 North, Range 40 East, B.M, Madison County, Idaho. And All of Block 26 of the Original Rexburg Town Site which includes all of the Dean Ricks Subdivision and all of the all of the Tina Subdivision being the 1st Amended Plat of the Lyman Subdivision Division No. 1, lying in Section 19, Township 6 North, Range 40 East, B.M Madison County, Idaho. Excepting there from: Commencing at a point North 161.00 Feet from the Southeast Corner of Lot 4 in Block 26 of the Original Rexburg Town site, Madison County, Idaho as per the recorded plat thereof, and running thence West 165.00 feet; thence South 1.00 foot; thence West 4.00 feet to the point of beginning; and thence West 81.00 feet; thence North 105.00 feet; thence East 70.00 feet; thence South 2.33 feet; thence East 11.00 feet; thence South 102.67 feet to the true point of beginning. The following described parcel changing to MDR2: Commencing at the Southwest Corner of Lot 3 in Block 26 of the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, as per the recorded plat thereof, and running thence East 172.5 feet; thence North 130 feet; thence West 172.5 feet; thence South 130 feet to the point of beginning. Lying in Section 19, Township 6 North, Range 40 East, B.M Madison County, Idaho. At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed permits. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on June 6, 2018.
