The current zoning for the property is Mixed Use (MU). The said parcel is located at 220 South 2nd West in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: Legal Description: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot 1 Block 7 of the South end addition to Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho; and running thence South 00°15'02" East 330.00 feet along the East right-of-way of Second West; thence South 89044'58" West 150.00 feet; thence South 00012'02" East 94.00 feet; thence South 89044'58" West 180.00 feet; thence South 00015'02" East 38.00 feet; thence South 89044'58" West 100.00 feet; thence North 00015'02" West 132.00 feet; thence South 89044'58" West 122.75 feet; thence North 00015'02" West 99.00 feet; thence North 89044'58" East 53.63 feet; thence South 00015'02" East 3.00 feet; thence North 89044'58" East 53.62 feet; thence North 00015'02" West 234.00 feet to a point on the South right-of-way of Second South; thence along the South right-of-way of Second South North 89044'58" East 445.50 feet to the point of beginning. At such hearing the Planning & Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and recommendations relative to such proposed permit. The City Clerk will also accept written comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on May 16, 2018.
