Hi Jason,
Below is a summary of the current review comments from all departments for the McDonald’s Site Plan and
Building Plan review. The building permit is not ready to be issued at this point, based on the revisions labeled in
red.
1. Building Review: Approved
2. Mechanical Review: Approved
3. Plumbing Review: Approved
4. Electrical Review: Approved
5. Site Plan Review: Approved
6. Public Works Review: Approved, must complete prior Certificate of Occupancy.
a. Cap existing service stub out at main and near cap use tee connection not a manhole for
connection to main line. Note refers to detail 4 and should be detail 5.
b. Existing stub out must be capped at main line.
c. Use city meter detail.
d. No more than 4 ft-candles are allowed on photometric layout.
7. Fire Department Review: Revisions
a. The Site Plan needs to include the ingress and egress to the lot.
Also, I am putting together the final permit fee and have a few questions that will help me finalize an amount:
1. Electrical bid price
2. Plumbing bid price
3. HVAC/Mechanical bid price
4. Please that confirm 4,016 sq ft is correct.
