1. Based on the conditions of the original CUP with a relatively low Parking to Resident ratio, staff cannot
recommend a reduction in Visitor Parking below 6 percent (6%).
2. New construction to the west.
Public Works
1. Based on previous studies of visitor parking at the Ivy, the Public works Department would not
recommend reducing the visitor parking to 3 percent.
