NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Thursday, February 01, 2018 at 6:35 12 at City Hall
located at 35 North 111 East, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding a Conditional Use Permit (#18 00006) to
allow a parking reduction through the use of the Pedestrian Emphasis District (PED), per the
Rexburg Development Code. The zoning for the property is High Density Residential One (HDR1).
The said parcel is located at 486 South 3,d West in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more
particularly described as follows:
CUP - The Roost
Legal Description:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 4, Block 11 of the Parker Addition to Rexburg, Madison
County, Idaho; point also being on the North right of way of Fifth South and the West right of way
of Third West and running thence along the North right of way of Fifth South S89044'57"W 165.00
feet; thence N00°15'03"W 338.25 feet: thence N89"44'57" E 165.00 feet to the West right of way of
Third West; thence 500'15'03"E 338.25 along said West right of way to the point of beginning,
containing 1.281 acres.
At such hearing the Planning & Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and
recommendations relative to such proposed permit. The City Clerk will also accept written
comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on January 31, 2018.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and all
amendments thereof.
