TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP
FOR THE CITY OF REXBURG
Public Hearine: February 15`h, 2018 at 6:55 pm to be held before the Rexburg Planning and
Zoning Commission (#18 00027) to rezone the property at 4 W. Moody Rd (White Owl Business
Park) as listed by the following legal description from Transitional Agriculture One (TAG1) to Light
Industrial (LI).
Beginning at a point that is N890 38141"E 300.00 feet along the Section line and
N00010'25"W 255.43 feet from the South 1/4 Corner of Section 7, Township 6 North, Range
40 East of the Boise Meridian; running thence N00010'2511W 1947.58 feet to the Southerly
Right -of -Way line of U.S. Highway 20; thence N53055'55"E along said Southerly Right -of -
Way 555.72 feet to a tangent curve to the right with a radius of 3154.18 feet, along said curve
92.23 feet through a central angle of 1040'31" and a chord bearing of N54044118"E 92.23 feet;
thence S00014'10"E 2580.16 feet to the South Line of Section 7; thence along said section line
S89038'41"W 90.00 feet; thence N00°14'10"W 261.69 feet; thence S88°59'02"W 233.25 feet;
thence S88038'40"W 205.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. SUBJECT to: existing
road right-of-ways and easements of record. Parcel contains 26.35 acres, more or less'
At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and
recommendations relative to such proposed permits. The City Clerk will also accept written
comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on February I e, 2018. This notice is given pursuant to
the provisions of Section 67-6508, 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and all amendments thereof.
