TO AMEND THE ZONING MAP
FOR THE CITY OF REXBURG
Public Hearin: February 15', 2018 at 6:45 pm to be held before the Rexburg Planning and
Zoning Commission (#18 00020) to rezone the property at 258 S. 2nd W. as listed by the following
legal description from Medium Density Residential One (MDR1) and High Density Residential One
(HDR1) to Mixed Use (MU).
SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, RANGE 40 EAST, BOISE -MERIDIAN
CITY OF REXBURG, MADISON COUNTY, IDAHO.
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 1 Block 7 of the southend addition to Rexburg,
Madison County, Idaho; and running thence S0011510211E 330.00 feet along the east right-
of-way of second west; thence S89044'58"W 150.00 feet; thence S00015'02"E 94.00 feet;
thence S89°44'58"W 180.00 feet; thence S00°15'02"E 38.00 feet; thence S89°44'58"W
100.00 feet; thence N00015'02"W 132.00 feet; thence S89144'58"W 122.75 feet; thence
N00015'02"W 99.00 feet; thence N89°44'58"E 53.63 feet; thence S00°15'02"E 3.00 feet;
thence N89144'58"E 53.62 feet; thence N00°15'02"W 234.00 feet to a point on the south
right-of-way of second south; thence along the south right-of-way of second south
N89044'58"E 445.50 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 4.306 acres.
At such hearing the Planning and Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and
recommendations relative to such proposed permits. The City Clerk will also accept written
comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on February 14", 2018. This notice is given pursuant to
the provisions of Section 67-6508, 67-6509 and 67-6511 Idaho Code, and all amendments thereof.
