A. 6:35 P.M. Ordinance 1178 Annex approximately 2247 S. 2000 W. – Staff - (#17 00623), A
proposed annexation which will retain the existing zoning (Commercial Business Center (CBC)
Zone in the Impact Area for the City of Rexburg. (Recommend suspending the rules)

A. Ordinance 1179 (First Reading) – Raising the minimum age to buy Tobacco Products in
Rexburg from 18 to 21 – Mayor’s Youth Advisory Board
