Development Standards Review
Need a current site plan that meets City of
RExburg parking, and landscaping standards.
The site plan that was submitted to the County
was not sufficient in detail to determine if the
proposal meets current standards. Current
standards also require a 20 -foot front yard
setback, which no parking area are to be
located. This area could be used as some
snow storage, but must all be landscaped.
Site plan needs to be to scale and should
depict City requirements.
Development Standards Review
Please provide information regarding the
proposed land uses that are to occupy building.
This will allow staff to determine if the uses are
allowed in the CBC zone, it will also allow for
staff to determine the number of parking
spaces required.

Calculate percentage of snow storage. Depict
areas of snow storage on site plan. Snow
storage areas must be landscaped.

On site plan, show the following items and how
they will be screened:
1) HVAC and other mechanical equipment
(screen from public right-of-way through the
use of landscaping. Or if on roof, through the
use of parapets, or other.)
2) Trash dumpsters (screen through the use of
material consistent the those material used in
the main building, and through adequate
landscaping.
3) Parking areas (screen through the use of
landscaping)
