Subject: Fire Flow ‐ Cantamere & Savoye
Porter,
You weren't in the meeting yesterday (nor were you Keith) but the two of you are on the list of those for whom
I possess an email address so you're receiving this message.
In that meeting, Joel Gray asked if we and our project design team considered Fire Flow for the combined
projects of Cantamere (19 - 4 plex sprinkled structures & Savoye a 4 story buiding) and verified it was
sufficient. That's a great question and yesterday I responded in the affirmative but that I was willing to go to
each design professional and ensure that my previous attempt to verify that was, in fact, understood and there
was complete comfort in the fire flow meeting or exceeding demand.
I was able to reach Aaron Swenson - Forsgren Engineering who is on vacation and once again affirm that
comfort. He explained a that a fire flow test was conducted at hydrant/s in 7th South and flow is sufficient for
the combined demand of Savoye and Cantamere. Because he's traveling he doesn't have those test results or a
model but is confident not only in the idea but in supporting data.
Please let me know if you need anything further regarding this matter.
