Rexburg, ID 83440 6.13c "Council may adopt or reject an amendment to the Comprehensive Plan." Staff recommends that this Comprehensive Map change be considered. The Planning and Zoning Commission should take testimony in the public hearing to determine if this change to the comprehensive plan map will be in the best interest of the community and make recommendation to the City Council. Plan Change To establish a comprehensive map change through the approval of a comprehensive plan map amendment. Property Location — 20 S. 12" W. Staff Review Comments Planner Staff recommends approval. The change is consistent with the overall direction and objective of the comprehensive plan. Staff recommends the use of multi -family as a buffer from commercial and single-family residential. Public Works Transportation will be reviewed once a plat is submitted. The City has adequate water and sewer capacity for the development. All storm water will have to be handled on site.
