Staff recommends approval. The change is consistent with the overall direction and objective of the
comprehensive plan.
Staff recommends the use of multi -family as a buffer from commercial and single-family residential.
Public Works
Transportation will be reviewed once a plat is submitted.
The City has adequate water and sewer capacity for the development. All storm water will have to be
handled on site.
