In attendance Bret Stoddard — Building Department Manager - Craig Rindlisbacher — Planning Official Quinton Owens — Plan Review / Budding Inspector - Dale Pickering— Fire Department Review Joel Gray — Public Works - Kelly McCandless — Developer Vern Muir — General Contractor - Jim Hirrlinger - Owner - Sally Smith — Council Member Quinton Revisions discussed - Site Plan o Aisle Widths called out. • 24' Per parking stall. Need Handicap stalls called out • Vern was put in charge and responsible for making sure those are on the plans. • Vern and Val had a meeting and clarified that 2% of parking spaces need to be handicap accessible. • 2 stalls total. o 1 must be van accessible. • For sidewalks Vern proposed lowering the curbs not just by the handicapped spots but around the complex in order to help people get to apartment if on other side of the lot. o Follow up with Natalie and Tawnya about the two items from Jim. • He sent them to Porter in this meeting. o Setbacks from buildings and property lines. • They are on the Plat Bret mentioned can verify on site as well. o Eyes on the street. Ends must be 20% windows/doors. • Look over PUD and follow up on that. o Concerned about rail protruding into the sidewalk. o Kelly sends the all-inclusive site plan of Savoye and Cantamere to porter. o Vern stated that all building revisions have been completed and addressed by Brittany from South Fork. Will be brought into Porter. o Windows with buildings that are close to each other. Windows on one building and the wall facing that in the other building must have fire rated • Even within 1Oft must have fire rating. Dryer Vents • Metal vent cover will do for fire rating issues. Dale • Drywall the ceiling with 1 -hour rating and it will be considered. • Can also go up to roof deck with fire rating. • Doors that are facing each other must have fire rating. Fire hydrants were the only previous concern but they are good now. Valves needed to isolate smaller areas. Is there going to be a 2^d connection needed? Lines are needed to be looped, who pays for that? o If Cantamere has the flow, then the City pays. o Kelly is going to make a positive answer if they have the flow or not and will send to Porter. - Joel is going to work through and determine valves. Electrical - Vern marked transformers on plans with the pen. o Todd Payne with Rocky Mountain Electric figured out the transformers. Addressing - Prefers Handcart address on Savoye. - City will get back on official address. o Must be from Porter. If it comes from someone else, they are not the official addresses. - Cantamere as of now has no preference on address. o One address will be for Cantamere with sub -addresses to individual units.
