Here are the minutes for the meeting at 2:30 p.m. on October 3, 2017.
In attendance:
- Johnny Watson: Architect
- Natalie Powell: Enforcement Administrator
- Craig Rindlisbacher. City Planner
- Joel Gray: Public Works
- Brett Stoddard: Electrical Inspector
- Quinton Owens: Building Inspector / Plan Review
- William Maver: Intern (taking minutes)
8" minimum for water and sewer lines along E/W road on south side of proposed property.
- Roads will need to be drawn into plans. (N/S and E/W roads).
This is a plat with a Home Owner's common area.
Craig doesn't want to issue permits before the plats are done and recorded.
- Used Kenneth square as example with misplaced footings.
Elevations to the South Street.
- Craig should request a design review.
- South side apartments should face the street.
o In turn for turning the apartments: Allow them to get the building permits issued before
the plats are finished.
Johnny designs the south road and Lana figures out the cost of it.
- Eagle Rock is the surveyor
o Johnny was confused how they are surveying cause of different numbers.
o Craig talk to Kurt about the receivers and how they are doing the roads at this property.
Bring both Adam and Kurt to this meeting.
• Craig and Natalie figures out where the surveyors are.
o N/S Road on the W side of the property wait and consult with Keith.
Addressing
- One main address with sub -units for the buildings.
North side road take 75' from the section line.
South side road take 35' from the section line.
- note that the requirements for the road are 68' so only 34' is necessary
- Road even though only building half the road must be a 30' wide road to let two-way traffic to
flow.
