HomeMy WebLinkAboutMEETING MINUTES - 17-00371-17-00373 - 720 Cornelison Ave - Juniper Sands Apartments - Bldg 1-3October 3, 2017 CITY OF REXBURG America's Family Community Minutes of Juniper Sands Meeting at 2:00 p.m. on October 3, 2017 Those in Attendance: - Johnny Watson: Architect - Cody Summers: Headwaters - Bob Conger: Owner of Juniper Sands - Shalynn Lister: Leatham Legacy - Natalie Powell: Enforcement Administrator - Brett Stoddard: Electrical Inspector - Quinton Owens: Building Inspector/Plan Review - Joel Gray: Public Works - William Klaver: Intern (Taking Minutes) Quinton's revisions for walls stairways and risers. - Johnny sent colored page representing separation. - John Eskelson, the project engineer, and Cody received the revisions. Attic can share two sleeping units with a continuous draft stop. - This is cheaper than doing an NFPA 13 system. Barrier before theygo downstairs. - This is on the main level going down to the basement. o This is a spring gate or "panic gate" that shuts so people go outside instead of down into the basement. oel. - RFI o Johnny proposed: Eliminating the inlet boxes over the sewer line and put a valley gutter to the big inlet box, or the inspection man hole. • Doing this in case the main sewer line will need to be replaced. • Each inspection hole has its own field. Payment. - Follow up with Porter on Payment of permits. o Brett will do the following up. - Would like to pour the foundation by the end of next week for the next two buildings. Electrical. - All good. o Fire Alarm and Sprinkler System is a delayed submittal. Deed must be made out to the City of Rexburg for the Lift Station. Building Department: U' �' Date: `p/yl /
