We appreciate you taking the time to review the items identified on your review. Please see our responses and
revisions to those items:
1- All doors in the 2hr rated wall shall be 90 min. See attached drawing
2- Draft stops shall occur per every two dwelling units. See attached drawing
3- Exit enclosure shall be rated as per 1022. Exterior wall extending 10' beyond exit enclosure shall have 1hr
rating and openings in that area shall be % hr rated. See attached drawing
4- All entry doors in all units shall be 3'-0" doors. All usable doors inside Type A units shall have nominal 32"
clear as per Technical Requirements of the Fair Housing. See attached detail
5- ComCheck has been provided.
6- Glazing at required locations shall be tempered.
