Subject: Windsor Manor C of O Oustanding Issues
Darrik,
Joel asked me to write a quick email confirming that Headwaters Construction will complete the landscaping and
remaining city lights by June 15t', 2015. These items will be done by that date or before. Completion of the
Landscaping will easily be done by then (Public frontages on the West and South are already nearly complete; we are
awaiting spring delivery of plants. Sprinklers are done on the North and East awaiting final landscaping.) The city street
lighting should be done earlier than this date but it depends on the delivery of lighting parts due from the City. We are
of course flexible in this regard and will install the lights once the parts are delivered.
If you need anything else from me pertaining to this commitment, let me know.
