This Is a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy Only and will expire on July 28, 2017 at which time the Fire
Alarm must pass final inspection and Fire extinguishers must be installed at each end and In the middle of
the building. After these have passed Inspection, a new Temporary Certificate will be Issued to allow for
additional time to complete the bathrooms, heating, and landscaping as well as any other outstanding
Inspections..
This building is allowed occupancy until railroad use of property to the east ceases or any structure is built
within 60 feet, which will require a fire wall be Installed and approved to sub -divide the building area into
the allowed square footages for Its occupancy and construction type.
This Certificate, issued pursuant to the requirements of Section 111 of the International Building Code,
certifies that, at the time of issuance, this building or that portion of the building that was inspected on the
date listed was found to be in compliance with the requirements of the code for the group and division of
occupancy and the use for which the proposed occupancy was classified.
